Ctrl and Alt modifiers wrong way round

In the piano roll and the playlist:

Ctrl+MMB+Drag = Vertical zoom
Alt+MMB+Drag = Horizontal zoom

but

Ctrl+Wheel = Horizontal zoom
Alt+Wheel = Vertical zoom

As you can see the modifiers are different when using the middle button drag and the wheel. Ideally use one scheme throughout the software to make it easier for users to learn. I assume the current behaviour is not intentional.
