"Validity of the Program could not be verified"

Hello there, I tried to open FL like i always do. Wanted to Download the new Update. But after it was installed and when i wanted to open the program i got the message "The validity of the program could not be verified. Please reinstall it and try again." So i reinstalled it for like 3 times but still had the same problem going on. I have no clue what is this about , please quick help ;(
PS: also tried to install free Version but also had no luck with opening: Same message
