Failed to load QuickFontCache (Can't uninstall/reinstall)

I'm running Windows 10 Pro update 1903. I have FL Studio 20.5.1 on my D: SSD, but recently my G: HDD failed and I had to disconnect it in my PC. Since then I've been getting the QuickFontCache DLL not found error, so I can't open FL Studio.

I've tried the shareddlls_install.exe after restarting my PC but this didn't change anything. When I try to uninstall FL Studio it again says that it failed to load QuickFontCache and then gets stuck.
