I've never downloaded a plugin before, and when I downloaded the synth plugin surge, every tutorial i saw said that FL would scan the folders listed and after I hit "find plugins" and let it run for a bit, it would show up, but it never did. I tried all the folders but it just didn't show up. the only thing that showed up was the frequency shifter.
If it matters or helps, I'm using Producer Edition v20.9.2, build 2963, 64 bit.
