FL Studio 20 keeps resetting my settings to default

Hi, I've installed FL Studio 20.8.3 and ever since I have, FL has automatically been resetting my settings to default, or whatever I set them to when I first installed it. Does anyone know how to fix it? Its been getting on my nerves for ages...

For more detail, it keeps resetting basically everything, my general settings, what options I have enabled on the top menu thing (I forgot what its called), basically every option you could possibly change has been reset. I have a template I always use and FL keeps resetting it to 'Basic with limiter'
