Is it possible to disable "shift+scroll?"

Hey. I am trying to export a bunch of tracks and do a bit of final polish, but I keep running into moving my clips all over the place using the "shift+scroll" which i am used to in many other programs as a zoom or pan function. Since It's habitual I would rather just disable it, as sometimes I catch it and sometimes I don't... but It also completely screws up my "undo" list because one mouse scroll introduces like 10 new events.

Possible?
