vorbis.acm - causes applications to crash in windows 8.1

Hi

After installing FLStudio last night applications like Windows Remote Desktop Client (MSTSC) starts to crash - and the crash reports links to a the file vorbis.acm. The file modified date on the file matches the exact time as I installed FLstudio. Renaming the file to vorbis.acm_old resolves the problem, but that also removes the support for vorbis.

FL Studio version installed is v11.1.0 - FL Studio Producer Edition

How to reproduce:
1. install FLStudio
2. Start Windows Remote Desktop Client
3. Connect to a remote pc
4. Get the remote screen and then instant crash.
