Disabling plugins in FL Studio?

Sorry if this is a newbie question, but in all DAWs I've used there's always been a Disable button and a Bypass button for plugins. The Bypass button bypassess the plugin but the plugin is still active and consuming resources, whereas the Disable button completely takes the plugin offline to save resources, which is useful after bouncing.

In the channel rack I cannot find a way to force a plugin offline. The Mute / Solo button only stops MIDI from clips reaching the plugin, but the plugin is still online because I can play it with my MIDI keyboard. In the mixer insert slots, the mute solo button again only acts as a bypass.
