Failed Downloading News

I need some help here. I would be working on a project for about a couple hours and i would opn it back up th not day or an hour later and it would saw in th top left bar: "Failed downloading news; Error 4." i have no idea what this means but it freezes FL Studio so i cannot work on that project anymore. No matter how far i go back into that backup it still won't start
