Fl studio deleted all mixer channel setting and plugins!

I opened my project and looked at the mixer and I saw that everything was deleted en reset to the standart (empty) mixer. The project I was working on was close to finished and more then 30 hours were put into the track. Now everything is gone for no reason.

The playlist and other plugins (like sylenth and serum) are still there but the mixer is completely reset. Even when I load backup version I still have this problem. Please tell me this can be fix so I get everything back...
