How to remove "Speech" from plugin database?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to organize my plugins and to remove the ones I don't use,
but I can't seem to get rid of that "speech" one, it always stays on the plugin picker list and is not showing up in "FL Studio 12\Data\Patches\Plugin database",
from where I managed to remove everything else.

Is there a workaround for this?
