Demo plugins

Hi,
Please direct me to an easy way to disable "demo" plugins in the software. None of the plugins we use indicate that they're demos - my son spent hours on a song and it would take $700 to buy the plugins he selected. How can we swap them out so it doesn't destroy his work?

How am I supposed to know if I have all the plugins I purchased when the software is loaded with plugins I didn't purchase?
