Waves F6 dynamic EQ not showing in scan results( SOLVED )

I installed it using the latest waves central, and scanned for it, but there were no scan results for it.
I searched for waves, dynamic, and F6 in the scans result page and there is nothing.
I have about 6 other waves plugins and they are showing just fine, but no sign of the F6.

I then googled it, found this page where waves are outlining how to install waves plugins to FL, and followed it to the letter, making sure all the search paths are in the scan settings

I watched the fl studio guru video here , and did what it said.....

Still nothing.

I can click through the C drive and find F6 bundle, and tell FL to look at that exact file, but FL can't find it.

During the first scan, I seen it flash on the screen....it was like a list of all my waves plugins, but then when the scan results appeared, it was nowhere to be found.

I'd appreciate it if someone could help me find it.
