FL Studio Rescan Broke My Plugin Favorites

I rescanned all my plugins, and now they still show in the drop down where I sorted them as my favorites when I go to add an effect, but when I select them in FL Studio Plugin Manager they don't show as a favorite and the the categories I set for them aren't saved. And if I select them as a favorite, it duplicates it so then the drop down shows two of the same plugin when I go to select an effect. I don't really know what to do about it. It's not a huge issue as it doesn't limit my use of the software but I definitely want to know how to fix it.
