Asio4All

Need help with a small problem. It used to not happen much but now I can’t make any music. I have an audio box usb from Presonus and I use it when I’m recording in Fl Studio. Yesterday every time I chose The Aiso4All v2 in audio settings it crashed fo studio. Once I finally fixed that and was able to choose Asio4All v2 I thought it was working. But every time I record it saves the audio clip but nothing is on it?
