Automating MIDI inputs

Hey All,

Does anyone know if it's possible to automate the MIDI input/output channels for VSTs? I recently discovered the "Browse All Parameters" in the drop-down box of the VST windows and I have had fun with automating a lot of different settings, but I would love to switch the MIDI input of a VST back and forth between two arpeggio VST plugins that I have.
