I Found the solution.
Backup your old projects, Plugins, Packs folder etc.
Uninstall FL 12. then install FL 20.
Paste your plugins into the same location that it was before. FLStudio20\Plugins\Vst etc.
The problem happens when you're trying to update fl with overriding the previous one like an update.
