GROS BEAT BECOME DESYNCHRONISED WITH TEMPO !

Hello, i use FL studio v12 on windows 10 and i have a problem with Gros beat

When i play a project in the playlist with a melody (or what ever) who use gros beat and i use a knob of my synth (to make a cut off for exemple) , Gros Beat become desynchronised with the tempo and that become inaudible... :(

Can you help me ? I'm alone with this metter ?

I can give more detail if you need (and sorry for my bad english ^^)
