MIDI Out
Using MIDI Out and after selecting a patch which selects a patch on my external synth which works fine, I save, then press "Start" it reverts back to the previous patch even though the patch in the MIDI out Patch window shows the new patch I selected. This was not the behavior on the previous versions.
