Plugin scanning issues.............again !!

I love FL, but every problem I have is connected to the plugin manager.
I just bought 2 waves plugins, installed them with waves central.
Opened up plugin manager to scan for them, and plugin manager gets stuck after the 10 th plugin ( bark of dog 2, which is 64bit, and very small )

I'd got to the point in FL12, where all my plugins were listed, but this seems to happen with every new version of FL If I had only 10 plugins it wouldn't be a problem, but I have 1200+ so when it takes 30 minutes to scan 10 plugins and then gets stuck, its very very frustrating.

Im using FL20

What could be wrong with it this time ???
