fl studio wont let me unlock version 20

I purchased fl 1o producer edition a long while ago. Since then i have upgraded my computer and would like to take advantage of my free upgrades.I downloaded fl 20 and went to the "about " page to unlock the demo. After entering my user email and password multiple times it still won't unlock.
