Browser Scanning randomly

Hello everyone,

thanks for taking your time in advance.
Since the latest update from Fl Studio 12 to 20 i have been coming across a pretty annoying bug or feature.

Every now and then Fl scans my current sample folder. This happens when i sometimes add Plugins to the channel rack, Effects to some Mixer tracks or when I startup FL.
As you can imagine this is quite annoying especially cause it sometimes takes so long.
I run Fl on a SSD so my hard drive shouldn't be the problem.
I also didn't have this issue with Fl 12.
