PLUGIN Says "Cannot find any instruments" HELP!

I've followed all the steps for installing the plugin I just purchased but it says no instruments found once I load the plugin up. What do I do? It has to be something with the mse file. Any solutions? Spent hours trying to get this to work! :cry:
