Project won't load.. crashes when loading (the arrangement lockdown)

I was working on this project for hours and hours (days) .. I saved it, then decided to make it more interesting and made a second copy of the project .. so I could still have the original version if wanted; however after I saved and exited .. I tried coming back after dinner and .. the project crashes while loading arrangement lockdown, literally this is so frustrating .. and neither of my two projects; the original or the improved one will not load.. I do not know what to do , pls help this project means everything to me . Thanks
