Fl file extremely buggy!

Hi Fl studio tech support people. So one of my files has been extremely buggy in that sometimes it quits out automatically, sometimes certain patterns don't actually play, and most recently the sounds all got reset, which is an issue because I don't remember what sounds I had. Are other people experiencing these issues. Please help!
