Recording Sounds Clear, Monitoring Does Not (Voice)

Hi Im curious and I did a search and couldent come up with anything related to my problem


I notice that when I record audio through my external interface the playback monitoring doesnt sound clear. It has a sort of BUZZ to it (Within my voice, Not like backround static) that is making it difficult for trying to practice my delivery. The recording itself comes out clear and sounds as it should
