consolidation doesn't work on master channel with cableguys shaperbox

I rendered 8 clips after setting up 8 different effect combinations .
When I played them back, they were all the same and shaperbox has been ignored / bypassed.
Could someone please have a look at this as it seems to be a bug. Thx.
