FL Studio behaves as if Alt was pressed

Sometimes when I open FL it behaves as if the Alt key was pressed, even though it's not. I have to physically press and release it on my keyboard to make everything work as expected.

Using the newest version, but it's been happening in 12 and every subsequent release.
