Copying samples from one Edison instance to another causes a fade in

Hello there

Creating a section in Edison and copying CTL C and pasting CTL V into a 2nd edison is causing the pasted file to have a slight fade in. It doesn't paste correctly.
Something to note here is this bug used to happen some time back in FL12.xx.
It also effected slicex in FL12xx, I haven't tried slicex this build.
