Maxing Out At 30% CPU
My projects are overloading in FLstudio, but according to Task Manager, my computer is only using 30% CPU and 50% memory. "Power Throttling" is not enabled for FLStudio. Can anyone explain to me what is going wrong here? Using FL20 and the latest windows 10
