Help!! High Pitch Frequency - Possible ASIO driver? Help fix please

For some reason when I open FL Studio while it is running FL ASIO or ASIO4ALL V2 I am getting a high pitch steady sound coming from my studio monitors. BUT when I switch to M-Track interface the sound disappears. I am using the current version 20 of FL Studio. I have never had this problem before in all the years I have been using FL Studio. I would prefer to be able to use the ASIO driver as it eliminates latency. Any Ideas to get this resolved? Current computer is Intel I7 8700K with 16GB RAM and install is on SSD.
Thanks for your help
