Export creates empty files

Problem: export creates empty files

what did i do:

• I create a new file.
  use PlugIn "vienna synchrone pianos" from http://www.vsl.co.at
  open piano roll and create a song.
  i can hear the song perfectly within fl studio 20.
  press button export. the dialog appears. choose the fileformat (the problem is with every fileformat) Then press start.
  file is created, but empty. I've checked it with audition. really no wave to see.

check with other plugin

• right click on the plugin and choose replace. now i select the kontakt player from native insruments. Choose any piano.
  nothing else changed!
  press export button, choose fileformat. press start.
  file is created and filled. i can hear the song and audition shows a wave.

so is there a setting that i dont know. what could it be?
