FL Studio not opening on occasion

Any idea how to troubleshoot this one? It only happens occasionally since upgrading to build 681

I click the icon to open FL, the fruit appears, nothing happens for many minutes, then I click it again and FL opens in the background but I have the first fruit still overlayed on all windows
