Mixer won't scroll the left or right dock when excess inserts

The mixer has 3 docks. Left, center, and right. by default, the left dock has 2 channel inserts, ("current" and "master") the middle dock has all if not almost all remaining channel inserts. the right dock has 0, to 4 channel inserts depending on template. all good so far.. all channel inserts in the middle dock do not fit in the screen all at once, thus the scroll bar. In this middle dock, the scroll bar works just fine. but when i move channel inserts to either the left or right dock, (enough to not fit all in the screen) 2 problem or glitches occur;

glitch #1: as soon as i expand the dock with excess channel inserts, the edge that i'm supposed to drag, expands way outside the screen, and is not visible unless i open and close the browser automatically by hovering the mouse to the left of the screen, or by minimizing the mixer (which becomes very long horizontally way outside the screen) and then drag the corners to make the windows smaller until it's fully visible again.

glitch #2: the scroll bar does not function on the left or right dock, regardless of layout. in fact, it does't even appear as it does in the middle dock. so i'm stuck with the very end of the channel inserts on that dock, unable to scroll left or right, and unable to close the dock back where it was because the edge that toggles it is way off the screen.

Here is the middle dock with the scroll bar fully functional:

Here is the right dock with toggle edge off screen, and without scroll bar:

Here is the browser triggering the right dock to scroll all the way to the left where the dock toggle/hide is now visible, as it was all the way to the right previously:
