Plugin manager freeze.

I try to add plugins and the "plugin manager" freezes when opening and have to close it manually.

I tried from "add" also from "options" and in the system file as well. All the same result.

I saw a "fix" Manual install
"1. Using Window File Explorer navigate to the following location in FL Studio installation folder '...\Image-Line\FL Studio\Data\System\Plugin databases\Effects and or Generators'."

The problem is that in \FL studio\ There is no Data file. So that idea isn't working.

I uninstalled FL20 and did a clean install with no result.

I read somewhere about anti virus exclusion.. No result.

I purchased this product yesterday after a week of free trial. This is the latest version.

My PC is brand new.
I9CPU
16g DDR4
1070GTX

Any help would be appreciated.
