MPK Mini (Not enough memory)

Hey so I have had some troubles trying to install free plugins and get them onto fl itself, as well as a problem with connecting my Mpk mini to fl. It keeps saying that memory is the issue. I have attempted to restart the computer and try it but no luck in doing so. I only own Fl studio so I am confused as to what other program would be picking it up if thats the issue. If there is any advice people have, would be kindly appreciated.
