Instructions for installing plugin version don't work in Windows 10

I deleted the VSTi and want to reinstall it. However the instructions for installing it in Windows don't work in Windows 10, and I haven't been able to figure out how to do it:

"However, if you didn't install the plugin at that time, or you want to install it on more than one host, in the Windows Start Menu, select Programs > FL Studio > Advanced > Install Plugin Version. You will see a dialog where you can set the plugin folder of the host where you want the connection installed."

There is no "Programs", and in"Apps and Features" clicking on "FL Studio 20" does not show an "Advanced" option. The FL Studio file directory doesn't contain an "Advanced" folder either.
