an error accurd while reading the flp file

Hello, I have a big problem.
Since 2 days I have a project in fl studio and when i open it it says an error accurd while reading the flp file It may be corrupted, or some plugin caused an error while opening.

It will open and i can change things. But I can´t close fl studio and have to force it to close trough task manager.
But sometimes like 1/10th of the time it will open and it will be fine.
I already tried the back ups and make copy's. And did a brand new instalation of fl studio, and changed the 3th party plugins to another folder.
Also i tried to save it as a zip and save new versions but it wont work.
But now I want to work on another project and it has the same problem.
And sometimes if i open another project. The project of the corrupted one will show up. Like the titles are wrong.
It looks like all my projects are getting corrupted or something.
I also tried the diagnostic thing. but it wont work.
Pc specs (It is slightly overclocked)

16g ram
