FLEX Packs not downloading

when I bought the new Pandora Pack, i was able to buy it with ease. Right after, I went to download it and the free packs, but it says something is wrong with my connection. my internet is wired and working fine, i did a speed test and was at its normal state, unplugged my router and waited 30 seconds and after that still nothing is working. any help on getting my packs installed or is it a bug?
