How To Unmaximize the Channel Rack

I began work on a rush project and it just so happens my channel rack got maximized and stuck in this state. This particular project requires that I have both the channel rack and the playlist in view - which is now impossible. There appears to be nowhere to grab so as to drag the channel rack back into an unmaximized state, and every project I open now uses this "arrangement". The view menu no longer shows my custom view (not sure it would solve, but I had set it up in case something like this happened, and now its not available). I've tried "detaching" and "not detaching" the window - I've tried every other option.

I've been through every conceivable manual chapter and menu item and see nothing to solve this dilemma, so if you could steer me as to how to unmaximize the channel rack I would greatly appreciate it.
