Crystal VST Plug in patch bank compability

FL Studio 20 will run the Crystal VST but will not allow the user to import/export patches (just as I have done with other DAWs), if you open Crystal, click on the browse tab under patches there will be a slot that says import bank drop, however dragging the file here like on other DAW's doesn't import the bank, it will acknowledge that you are attempting to do so but will not actually import the patches.
