FL Studio GUI & Graphics Performance

I bought a new pc with super specs
(Listed Below)
I know that fl and most plugins are not gpu accelerated
I thought that if i invest in a high performance cpu & ram some of the lagging of the gui & 3rd party plugins would significantly be improved
Guess i was wrong
I made all the optimizations in windows and fl inculding a refresh rate of 120hz on my monitor.

And stiil even on a 26% cpu project
Everything is lagging and slow

I’m very disappointed
Hope someone can help figuring this out
