PROJECT NOT OPENING. STUCK ANALYZING AT 0%

I am attempting to open a project from yesterday for a client and it will not load. I am new to version 20.5.1...have been using 12 for years with no issue.

The project is stuck loading and an "Analyzing" box pops up when trying to load a .wav sample from a kit of mine. All File Options are setup correctly. I cannot find a topic for this particular issue. PLEASE HELP! All other project load, it is just this particular project, likely to to RAM issue? Please advise...
