Updating License Problem

My License has expired for FL 20.. I purchased the FL Studio Signature Bundle plus all plugins for 948 dollars about 6 months ago... when I go to the "about" section and type in my email and password, I get a message saying "The registration succeeded. FL Studio will now close. The next time you start FL Studio, it will be unlocked.".... But everytime I opened it I just only had the trial version and had to repeat the process.. This was not working, so I tried to update to the newest version and now when I enter my email and password I get a message saying , "Your registration doesn't include a license for this version of FL Studio, Please purchase Lifetime free updates". I also tried to download a new Reg file and I get the same message. I do have copies of my receipts for my purchase .. I purchased the downloadable version from the image line website so unlimited lifetime updates were included with purchase.. After all that when I tried my original reg key, I got the message saying "The registration succeeded. FL Studio will now close. The next time you start FL Studio, it will be unlocked." again.... but again, when I open FL its still the trial version..... .PLEASE HELP Fl studio version 20.6 build number 1458
