Presets do not load

I have a problem with my presets. I have presets, but when i choose one of them, no parmeter is changing they stay the same as before.
This problem only comes with version 20.6 and only with 3rd party plugins. It works with stock plugins.

How can I fix it, without reinstall FL Studio?

Edit: I made a clean reinstall with FL Studio Version 20.6 I have the same Problem!
