Problem with plugin "Heat Up 3"

Hello,
I work with FL Studio Producer Edition v20.6 (build 1458) 64bit.
I´ve got a problem with plugin "Heat Up 3" (from "Initial Audio"). Exact file names: Heat Up 3 64bit.dll and/or Heat Up 3 64bit.vst3

The software itself works on my Windows Desktop, but FL Studio does not recognize the plugin. FL Studio can´t open "Heat Up 3" in the Plugin Manager. The "Status" shows "error" (regardless of the folder in which the plugin was saved).

Could you help me please? What can I do to solve the problem? Thank you very much!
