FL freezes and bluescreen when working with project

I use FL 64 (version v20.6.2) and mainly use Spire (x64) instances. When i work in my projects FL stops responding and eventually I get a blue screen with stopcode VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE and nviddmkm.sys which I assume is the video driver. I have reinstalled my GPU driver (GeForce 9800GT) but no luck. I have only got this error in FL.
