FL Studio will not start

I cannot identify any recent changes that cud be responsible. I have re-installed, reset scaling and folder settings, used ildiag to test other issues, rendering etc. Read as much as I cud, cant think what else to try. When I click to start, I get the blue circle for a few seconds then nothing. There is no sign of FL or imageline in the Task Manager.
