Multiple Registrations?

My Brother has the same boxed version of FL installed on his computer, and he registered this user that i am on now with the serial #. Now i cannot get downloads for the fpc kits while using the other computer. and at the top it says "Pleas take time to register your boxed copy" is there anyway i can register on the other computer too?
