too much CPU Usage on Laptop? i7-8750H

Hi!

I recently installed FL Studio on my laptop, to be able to do some music on the go.
On my PC I never ran into any cpu issues, but with the laptop it seems I can use only a few VSTs before my CPU usage goes out of hand.
In the example below I have only two VST Synths and one sample and they are reaching already 53% Usage - when I look at my taskmanager it says the CPU is barely used.
Any ideas about what the issue could be?
(FL Studio V20.7.1/ Win10) - I set the thread priority to HIGH in Win-Taskmanager, Also enabled all the Multithreadoptions in FLStudio.
